La culture et la r\u00e9colte, c’est quasiment z\u00e9ro travail (une bonne pellet\u00e9e de compost au pied quand le gel l’a fait dispara\u00eetre, un peu d’arrosage s’il fait tr\u00e8s sec, et basta)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La compote ou la confiture, \u00e7a prend plus de temps, car il faut \u00e9plucher assez soigneusement les tiges avant de les couper en d\u00e9s, pour les d\u00e9barrasser de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9 filandreux. Et c’est rien bon (quant aux tartes, je vous dis pas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
