{"id":3791,"date":"2021-03-14T23:00:29","date_gmt":"2021-03-14T22:00:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gregoryderville.com\/?p=3791"},"modified":"2025-04-20T10:57:03","modified_gmt":"2025-04-20T08:57:03","slug":"u2-i-still-havent-found-what-im-looking-for","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gregoryderville.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/14\/u2-i-still-havent-found-what-im-looking-for\/","title":{"rendered":"U2 &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0I still haven&rsquo;t found what I&rsquo;m looking for\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;en connais au moins un qui va penser \u00ab\u00a0Ah, enfin <a href=\"https:\/\/gregoryderville.com\/index.php\/tag\/u2\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/gregoryderville.com\/index.php\/tag\/u2\/\">U2<\/a>!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part je ne suis pas un fan enthousiaste du groupe, mais comme tous les gens de ma g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, mon adolescence a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lectris\u00e9e par les chansons h\u00e9ro\u00efques que tout le monde conna\u00eet (\u00ab\u00a0Pride\u00a0\u00bb , \u00ab\u00a0Sunday bloody sunday\u00a0\u00bb , \u00ab\u00a0New year&rsquo;s day\u00a0\u00bb\u2026)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De U2, j&rsquo;ai cependant une tr\u00e8s nette pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les balades d\u00e9pouill\u00e9es, \u00e9crites pour l&rsquo;intimit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une chambre, d&rsquo;un club ou d&rsquo;une chapelle plut\u00f4t que pour l&rsquo;exub\u00e9rance d&rsquo;une foule agglutin\u00e9e dans un stade. Comme dans ce tube plan\u00e9taire par exemple, ce gospel rock o\u00f9 Bono exprime son intense spiritualit\u00e9 (d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la chapelle), sa qu\u00eate \u00e9perdue et inlassable d&rsquo;amour et de paix, sa gratitude pour le cr\u00e9ateur auquel il croit et pour le monde qu&rsquo;il lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 d&rsquo;arpenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bono sait qu&rsquo;il passera sa vie \u00e0 chercher, dans les montagnes les plus hautes, dans les murs des cit\u00e9s, sur les l\u00e8vres au go\u00fbt de miel\u2026 Il se doute qu&rsquo;il ne trouvera sans doute jamais la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ses questions et que sa qu\u00eate n&rsquo;aura pas de fin, mais il cherche quand m\u00eame, anim\u00e9 par un d\u00e9sir br\u00fblant.
